Audit trailsYou can find audit trails throughout Zapendo. They help you understand recent changes and who made them, and when. Open any contract, deliverable, task, or company, and on the left side, you will see "Audit Trail." Recent activity in folders shows any changes made to a specific folder in Documents or Templates. To track changes made to any document, follow these steps: Go to Documents or Templates.

Creating a templateThis article will help you learn how to save a document as a template. This will enable you to reuse the same signers, fields, and document in the future as you send it for signature. Find the document that you would like to use in the future as a template. Click on "Invite to Sign". Enter the names of people who will be signing the document and their signing order.

Sending for signatureYou can send your document or template for signature within seconds! Here is how you do it. Find the document/template you would like to get signed. Add people that will be part of the signing process. Assign order if needed by selecting "Assign signer order". Give it a name in "Document Name" section. Drag and drop fields from the menu on the left unto the document where you would like people to fill out information, initial, date, or sign the document.
