Google Drive integrationIn this article, we will review the integration between Zapendo and Google Drive. Bulk sendBulk send allows you to send a document to multiple people at a time. Go to Documents or Templates Click on the name of the document that you want to bulk send Add the names and emails of recipients Click on "Share" or "Prepare Signatures"

Upgrade your planSign in to your Zapendo account. Go to "Billing." Click on "Plan" and select the plan to which you would like to upgrade. Click on "Update Plan." Sign out and sign back in to make sure the change has happened. You can change anything else in your billing section as well. After you make the changes, don't forget to click on "Update Plan" for changes to take effect.

DashboardTo access user customizable dashboard click "Dashboard" on the left main menu. You have to have Prime or Quintessence plan in order to use it. On the top right corner you will see a lock. Click on the lock to see possible modules that you can add to your dashboard. You can also drag the modules around the screen to have them in the place where you want to see them.

Uploading DocumentsGo to "Documents" on the left side and click on "Upload Documents". Select documents or folders you would like to upload into Zapendo. You can load a single file or multiple files at once.

Custom BrandingInternal (what you see) Zapendo allows you to upload your logo and company name that will display while using the application. This features is only available for Prime and Quintessence plans. Go to Organization Setup Click on Branding Upload your logos, backgrounds, and choose themes. External (what your clients see) When you share a document with someone, note that there is a field where you can customize your message and include your signature:

Document EditorYou want to edit the document without leaving Zapendo? You got it! Find your document or template that you want to edit. It has to be a Word document that is uploaded into Zapendo. PDF documents cannot be edited. Click on the name of the document to Edit. The editor will open where you can make adjustments to the current language in the document. On the left you will see the size bar that will have a history of changes made to the document and who made those changes.

Smart Forms (Autofill)NOTE: Do not put ' or " inside {{}} Smart Forms allow you to populate information within a document by filling out a form instead of going through a document and editing it manually. There are a few different ways to use a Smart Form. You can use it to create a totally new document or to fill out an eSignature template. However, first we have to create a Smart Form.

Add a userBefore adding more users, make sure you have enough seats to cover them. Visit the billing section of your account to check how many seats you currently have in your account. All new accounts come with one user and one seat license. To add more users, go to "Users" in the main menu on the left. Click on "New User". You will need first name, last name, and email address of the new user.

CalendarTo use the Calendar feature, you have to have Quintessence Plan. The calendar feature allows you to see all upcoming deadlines, renewals, and anything related to the contract manager in Zapendo. To add something to a calendar, go to a current contract, deliverable, task, or company. Find an "Expiration date" and click on "Add to calendar." You can also add this date to some else's calendar by clicking on the button next to it and selecting a user from the list.

User permissionsZapendo allows admins to change user permissions. Go to "Users." Select the user whose permissions you would like to adjust. In the last column, you will see their security profile. To make a change, click on the user's name and change their security profile. Sharing & CollaborationInstead of sending documents back and forth, enjoy sharing and collaboration that Zapendo offers. How to share a document? 1. Log into Zapendo 2. Go to Documents (in the main menu on the left) 3. Click on "More" next to the document that you would like to share 4. Type in the First and Last name of the person you share the document with or select one of your current users.
