In this article, we will review the integration between Zapendo and Microsoft applications like OneDrive and Sharepoint. This integration is used primarily for linking documents in Contract Manager and importing files into Zapendo.

Linking documents in Contract Manager

1. Login into Zapendo account.
2. Go to Contract Manager (main menu on the left).
3. Select an item that you would like to create this linkage for (contract or deliverable) and click "Edit."
4. Go to "Document Links," and press "New," then select "external partner link." In the list, click on OneDrive/Sharepoint and sign in with your Microsoft account. NOTE: if you want to link a different Microsoft account, you will have to sign out of your Microsoft account from your outlook email or elsewhere.
5. Select a document that you would like to link.

Importing files from OneDrive/Sharepoint

1. Login into Zapendo account.
2. Go to Documents (main menu on the left).
3. Click on "New" and select "Import from partner file storage".
